Frequently Asked Questions
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Your initial consultation is completely free with no obligation. We want you to make an informed decision about working with us.
Do I need to bring anything to the consultation?
Just bring yourself and any questions you have. If you have documents related to your case (property deeds, previous wills, etc.), they can be helpful but aren't required.
Will you tell me what I actually need?
Absolutely. We're known for our contrarian, no-nonsense approach. If you don't need a trust, we'll tell you. If probate isn't as scary as others make it out to be, you'll hear the truth from us.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
